Aaron Carter has finally won his lawsuit against pop music mogul Lou Pearlman. The singer started the legal process in October 2006, when he filed a lawsuit against Pearlman and his label TransContinental Records in order to be released from an agreement he signed as a minor. According to TMZ.com, a Florida judge ruled in favor of Carter on November , claiming that his management and recording agreements are no longer running. Moreover, Aaron requested for an accounting of royalties but the judge has not yet ruled. Pearlman is now awaiting trial on bank fraud charges in a Florida prison.
